Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, travel restrictions, participation requirements, reservation procedures, availability limitations, expiration dates and provider terms.
These Promotion Terms provide the general rules applicable to Club Travoogle promotions. The specific offer disclosures and provider terms presented for a particular promotion also apply.

A match is the beginning — not final approval.
Club Travoogle may use information from your Travel Profile to identify travel opportunities that appear relevant to your preferences and information provided.
When an opportunity is described as “matched” or “pre-qualified,” it means that, based on the information available at that stage, you appear to satisfy the initial criteria used to present that opportunity.
Final eligibility may remain subject to verification of information, applicable Promotion Terms, provider requirements, availability and satisfaction of all participation requirements.
Your match depends on what you tell us.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when completing your Travel Profile, requesting a promotion, securing a package, requesting travel dates or participating in any verification process.
Information that may be relevant to a promotion can vary by provider and may include factors such as residence, travel party, age ranges, household information, financial qualification ranges or the ability of required adults to participate in an applicable travel presentation.
Providing inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information may affect matching, pre-qualification, verification, reservation processing or eligibility for a promotional benefit.

Promotional getaways designed for travel.
A Mini Vacation is a promotional travel package that may include accommodations and, depending on the specific offer, additional benefits such as attraction admissions, dining benefits, credits or other inclusions.
Mini Vacation package details, length of stay, destination, accommodation type, inclusions, promotional price and other conditions vary by offer and are disclosed with the applicable promotion.
A Mini Vacation is a travel package. It should not be confused with an online presentation or a complimentary OPC reward.
Where a Mini Vacation includes participation requirements, those requirements will be disclosed in the applicable offer or provider terms.
Some rewards may be complimentary.
Club Travoogle may present complimentary vacation rewards associated with eligible promotional presentation opportunities.
A complimentary reward does not necessarily mean that every component of future travel is free. Taxes, deposits, resort charges, transportation, optional upgrades, redemption charges or other costs may apply where specifically disclosed in the applicable certificate, promotion or provider terms.
The reward may be connected to successful participation in an eligible promotional presentation and remains subject to the applicable reward and provider terms.
Some promotions require participation.
Certain promotional travel opportunities may require attendance at a vacation ownership, travel membership or other promotional presentation as a condition of receiving the promotional benefit.
The applicable offer or provider terms will determine whether the presentation is in person or whether an online participation option is available.
All adults required by the applicable promotion may need to attend together.
Valid identification or other verification may be required by the provider.
Participants may need to arrive or join at the required time.
Participants may be required to complete the applicable presentation.
Participants must comply with applicable provider rules and reasonable conduct requirements.
Additional promotion-specific eligibility requirements may apply.
Online participation is not a separate travel product. It is a presentation method that may be available for certain eligible promotional opportunities. Availability depends on the specific provider and promotion.
Securing your getaway is an important milestone.
When you complete the applicable checkout or activation process for a promotional package, your package may be designated as “secured.”
The applicable promotional package has been selected and the required transaction or activation step has been completed.
Securing a package does not by itself mean that specific travel dates or accommodations have been reserved.
Your Travel Account may be used to continue the fulfillment process, including requesting preferred travel dates where applicable.
Preferred dates are requests until confirmed.
After securing an applicable package, you may be invited to request preferred travel dates. Submitting preferred dates does not create a confirmed reservation.
Travel dates remain subject to provider inventory, availability, applicable blackout dates, minimum or maximum booking windows, seasonal restrictions, eligibility verification and other reservation requirements.
Wait until your applicable reservation has been expressly confirmed before relying on specific accommodation dates.
Your confirmed accommodation controls.
Accommodation imagery, destination photography or other visual content may be representative of the type of travel experience or destination unless a specific property, room type, view or amenity is expressly identified as guaranteed.
Where a promotion can be fulfilled through more than one approved accommodation provider, the actual property may depend on availability, travel dates, package type and provider inventory.
Your final reservation confirmation should be reviewed for the specific property, dates, accommodation type and other confirmed details.
Promotional does not always mean zero cost.
Some promotions are offered at a promotional purchase price. Others may include complimentary rewards or certificates.
Depending on the particular promotion, additional costs may apply. These may include taxes, government charges, resort charges, deposits, transportation, optional upgrades, additional nights, additional travelers, redemption-related charges or other amounts disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Only as disclosed by the applicable promotion or provider.
Rewards have their own fulfillment journey.
A vacation certificate, promotional reward, attendance reward or other benefit may be subject to separate activation, redemption, reservation, expiration and fulfillment terms.
Where a reward is conditioned on attendance or completion of a promotional presentation, the applicable provider or promotion terms determine when that reward is earned or unlocked.
Receiving or unlocking a certificate does not necessarily constitute a confirmed travel reservation. Follow the certificate's applicable redemption and reservation instructions.
Rules can differ by promotion.
Modification, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund and forfeiture rules can vary depending on the specific travel promotion, provider and stage of fulfillment.
Any applicable cancellation deadline, change fee, rescheduling rule, refund limitation or forfeiture condition should be determined by the specific offer and provider terms presented for that promotion.
Club Travoogle does not use this general page to invent a universal cancellation fee or forfeiture rule where the applicable provider terms may differ.

If provider-specific terms conflict with a general description of a particular promotion, the terms specifically presented for that promotion and applicable provider requirements govern that provider's fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
