These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Club Travoogle websites, Travel Profile, Travel Account, travel concierge experiences, communications and other services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
In these Terms, “Club Travoogle,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Club Travoogle Services. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting a Travel Profile, securing a package or otherwise interacting with a feature that references these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms that apply to the particular service, transaction or promotion.
If you participate in a promotional travel opportunity, the applicable Promotion Terms, offer disclosures and provider requirements are incorporated into your agreement for that promotion.

Club Travoogle provides a technology and travel marketing experience designed to help users discover, evaluate, select and manage travel opportunities that may be relevant to them.
Depending on the particular experience, the Services may include a Travel Profile, travel matching, promotional offers, a Travel Account, trip information, reward information, customer support, AI-assisted concierge features, communications and links or connections to travel or fulfillment providers.

You may be asked to provide information about your travel preferences, desired destination, travel party, location and other information that may be relevant to available travel opportunities.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. Information you provide may affect the travel opportunities presented to you and whether a particular promotion may apply.
If Club Travoogle identifies you as matched or pre-qualified for a promotional opportunity, that determination is based on information available at that stage of the process. Final eligibility may remain subject to the applicable Promotion Terms, provider requirements, availability and verification of required information.
Your travel journey has a home.
Eligible users may receive access to a Club Travoogle Travel Account. Your account may contain information about your Travel Profile, selected or secured packages, travel requests, reward status, support interactions and other aspects of your Club Travoogle experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should notify Club Travoogle if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Travel Account features may change as the Services evolve. Access to an account does not itself guarantee eligibility for a particular promotion, travel date, reservation, reward or provider.
Promotional travel comes with conditions.
Some travel opportunities made available through Club Travoogle are promotional in nature and may be offered at reduced promotional pricing or as complimentary rewards.
Promotional opportunities may be subject to eligibility criteria, provider rules, travel restrictions, reservation procedures, availability, participation requirements, expiration dates, presentation requirements or other conditions.
Specific conditions applicable to promotional travel are described in the applicable offer disclosures, Promotion Terms and any additional provider terms presented to you.

If a travel opportunity requires payment, the amount and applicable package information will be presented during the transaction process. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for amounts you approve.
Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment processor. Club Travoogle does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.
Completing payment for a promotional package may secure the package or promotional opportunity. It does not necessarily mean that specific travel dates, accommodations or a reservation have already been confirmed.
Additional charges, taxes, deposits, resort charges, transportation costs, optional upgrades or other costs may apply where disclosed in the applicable offer or provider terms.
Requested dates are not confirmed dates.
Certain packages may allow you to request preferred travel dates after securing a package. A request for travel dates does not constitute confirmation of those dates.
Travel dates, accommodations and related services remain subject to availability, provider acceptance, eligibility and applicable reservation procedures until expressly confirmed through the applicable fulfillment process.
Some parts of your trip are provided by others.
Travel accommodations, reservations, attractions, certificates, presentations, rewards or other components of a travel opportunity may be provided, operated or fulfilled by independent third parties.
Those providers may have their own terms, eligibility requirements, reservation procedures, cancellation policies, property rules, privacy practices and other requirements.
Club Travoogle may help facilitate communication or access to such opportunities, but independent providers remain responsible for the products or services they independently provide, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangements governing the particular promotion.
Use Club Travoogle responsibly.
You agree not to misuse the Services or use them in a manner that violates applicable law or interferes with the rights, security or experience of other users, Club Travoogle or third parties.
- Do not provide knowingly false or misleading information in connection with a Travel Profile, transaction or promotion.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, Club Travoogle systems or restricted portions of the Services.
- Do not interfere with, damage, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the operation or security of the Services.
- Do not use automated systems to scrape, copy or extract content except where expressly authorized.
- Do not use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.
Staying connected throughout the journey.
Club Travoogle may send transactional or service-related communications concerning your Travel Profile, Travel Account, transactions, travel requests, support activity, reservations or other use of the Services.
If you separately consent to receive marketing communications, we may also communicate with you about travel opportunities, promotions or other Club Travoogle offerings in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.
If you opt in to recurring text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may generally reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Where required by law, consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
The Club Travoogle experience belongs to us and our licensors.
The Services and their content, including branding, logos, graphics, designs, interfaces, text, software, workflows, photographs, videos and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Club Travoogle grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended personal purposes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Club Travoogle intellectual property to you. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Travel has variables.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Club Travoogle does not warrant that every feature, promotion, provider, destination, accommodation, reward or travel date will always be available.
Travel information may change, and availability may be affected by provider inventory, seasonal conditions, operational changes, eligibility, travel restrictions, weather, events or other circumstances.
Images, videos and descriptions may be illustrative or representative where clearly appropriate and do not create a guarantee of a particular room, view, property, amenity or experience unless expressly stated as guaranteed in the applicable offer.
Each stage can have a different meaning. A match, pre-qualification, secured package or requested travel date should not be interpreted as final reservation confirmation unless Club Travoogle or the applicable provider expressly confirms the reservation.
Reasonable limits on responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club Travoogle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, Club Travoogle is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent travel providers or for circumstances outside Club Travoogle's reasonable control, including provider inventory changes, transportation disruptions, weather events or similar external circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Responsibility for misuse of the Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Travoogle and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the Services or infringement of another person's rights.
The platform will continue to evolve.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time, subject to applicable law and any existing obligations relating to completed transactions.
We may also update these Terms. When we do, the “Last Updated” date may be revised. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means where required.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful conduct, security concerns, material violations of these Terms or other circumstances permitted by law.
The legal details behind the journey.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Promotion Terms, offer disclosures and other terms expressly incorporated by reference constitute the applicable agreement regarding your use of the Services.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms except as permitted by Club Travoogle or applicable law. Club Travoogle may assign its rights as part of a lawful business transaction or restructuring.
The final governing-law jurisdiction, dispute-resolution procedure, venue, arbitration language (if any), class-action provisions (if any) and related state-specific provisions should be inserted only after Club Travoogle's legal entity and operating structure are finalized and reviewed by counsel.
